Yes, we've talked about that. Limitations are different, but I still don't let people I don't trust make me do anything. That isn't submission.

I don't trust him in much more general terms. I think he'd stab me in an ally, but not hurt me inside a scene.

He seems to use kink as a means of... controlling himself. That's something I'm familiar with and trust more than most to be very, very precisely correct in doing it.
